Linton (Malerne) bass clarinet wobbles around in case

My Linton wobbles around in its original case. What can I do to solve this?

How much does it wobble? Wrapping the body in a soft cloth to cushion it in the case and keep it more secure should help.

One of my students had the same problem with his low-c Yamaha -- kept bending the LH pinky keys when it slid around in the OEM case. Solved the problem with a piece of styrofoam.

It;ll be out of place when I open the case, and I'm afraid it might bend something. I guess I should've mentioned it's a two piece bass. I'm thinking of putting some towels or styrofoam on the roof of the case.
