At your level, the Schoeck would be appropriate. Also, I think, Voltage by DuBois.
David Loeb has written 5 sonatas for bass clarinet solo. Henri Bok has recorded them. As I recall, they become progressively more challenging -- e.g., the first requiring no extended techniques (maybe a little flutter tonguing), the later sonatas eventually using multiphonics and perhaps other extended techniques. It's been awhile since I listened though.
Originally released by Vienna Modern Masters, Arkive Music has added this CD to its reissue list and prints it on demand. You can find the listing at:
http://www.arkivmusic.com/classical/Name/David-Loeb/Composer/7245-1
Just scroll down the page.
The neat thing about this CD is that, in addition to the Bok performances, it contains pdf files of the sheet music for all of the Sonatas -- IMO, a bargain at USD16.99 plus shipping. (I would hope an operation as large as theirs would ship to Canada.)
If you haven't already checked this out, take a look at Alea Publishing. They have a number of works for bass clarinet:

Another source worth checking out, if you haven't already is Michael Lowenstern's website, Earspasm:

If you click on the shopping cart, you will open a window that allows you to order sheet music or download sheet music from a number of his recordings. There are also mp3 excerpts. All sorts of other goodies on the site, too.
Best regards,
jnk
