Clarnibass:
Off the top of my head, a few other orchestral (and/or opera) composers who call for C clarinet:
Mahler
Strauss (Richard)
Berlioz (Symphonie Fantastique, Harold in Italy)
Herold (the solo in the Zampa Overture, e.g.)
Smetana (in "The Moldau," e.g.)
Some of Reicha's wind quintets are originally for C clarinet.
A few solo works:
Martino, "B,A,B,B,IT,T"
Hoffmeister - 4 of his six sonatas (duets)
Vanhal - at least one of his sonatas
Best regards,
