Our state youth orchestra is playing this for our next concert. We don't have the music yet but I just want to know what to expect as the 1st clarinetist.

 Hahahahaha.....

What a priceless post!

Seriously though, expect to start the 2nd movement almost completely by yourself with a soft, lyrical passage. You will also start the melody at the beginning of the 3rd movement, in a fairly quick and tricky passage. These are the most exposed portions, but there are many difficult spots in the symphony. I'd try to get the music or excerpts from your teacher or a book as soon as possible.

And Dangain volume 1, although there's a bar missing in the one solo...

You' ll have lots of fun with 3rd movement, it's a bit like riding on a roller coaster :-)
an I think you're going to need both Bb and A

If you want to do well, it is simple. Listen to a bunch of recordings and practice your ass off. Repeat.

Do you have a major library near you? I checked out the Los Angeles Central library and they have this in their reference section.

Unless your bassoonist is playing on a 70+ year-old "flat-top" bassoon (and it is extraordinarily unlikely that this is the case), s/he will have a whisper key. It is standard on even the most basic of modern bassoons. I think you meant a high "D" key.
