You have a "A. Lelandais" single reed mouthpiece made for oboe. These exist either in Chedeville, or Lelandais varieties. Chedeville bought Lelandais, so I don't know if there is any difference between the two other than the name.
I've seen them go for approximately $200 in internet auctions. The whole package includes ligature, cover, and reeds.
I have a bare one in the Chedeville variety, but haven't tried it yet due to lack of ligature and reeds. Difficult little boogers to find. Will probably end up making my own.
