Haha. Transcend a language barrier. That's funny.
Showing up to an orchestra rehearsal in a different language is quite interesting. I have no idea what the conductor says to them, but I'm a very sensitive player, so I adjust to what I hear around me. I guess I'm a good enough player since I never get yelled at (or the conductor doesn't want to speak in English.)
I asked a couple players around me with the basic Korean word "who", while pointing to the piece, but nobody seems to know. I dunno. Not that important. Just thought someone here would know. I have rehearsal next Saturday so I guess I'll do the same thing with the conductor. He's bound to know. (I got the piece last saturday, so I didn't have a chance. Meanwhile I wanted to get a recording before this next week's rehearsal.)
