Definitly thanks for that. I race bicycles and as you may know, top level bikes are very very expensive. I live in a world of rewards, I will reward myself with X item when I win X race, etc, and maybe just that I deserve it. You kind of need the tools of the trade if you will to perform your best, it seems like oboe is like that.

I play about 1.5 - 2.0 hours per day if I can. I am not the best player right now but it is getting easier and better all the time. I guess it is a point of one day saying... I want a better instrument... and get a pro model. It is my money but it is also not mine to waste... I do enough of that on a bike how it is...
