I played the wind version a few months ago. From what I remember I always used the trill fingering for Db (right hand, index thats it). Use forked F with no Eb key (no one is going to hear it at that speed, who cares) and use the side Ab fingering for jumping over the half hold break. It will eventually fly off your fingers don't worry you'll get it!
