here are some great sources for tip dimension charts (i think most if not all of these are on the dealer websites and certainly in their printed catalogs):

midwest musical imports
forrests
ann hodge (for adam shapers)
charles double reed

if you have a funky old tip, you can at least place it within the spectrum using these charts.
