Yep, roll the pullthrough up and keep it in the bell, folding the silk part over onto itself several times lengthwise, and then wrap it all up with the string so when you come to unwrap and use it, it's still the same width and will have maximum contact with the bore. It'll look like a crinkle-cut chip with all the fold marks, but it'll still do it's job.

Never place anything (dusters, pullthroughs, mops, music, etc.) on top of your oboe and close the lid on it.
