I bought a second-hand cor anglais about three months ago which came with one crook. This morning in the post I got a completely unexpected second crook from the seller which he said he had forgotten about but that personally he had preferred it to the other one and so thought I might like it better too. However, when I put it into the cor, the diamater of the crook is much too small and just wobbles about in the cor.

Any ideas why this should be so or what I can do about it? (Not I suppose that it really matters since I have one functionning crook).
 Thanks.
