Are you actually going to play them for dancers? I browsed your orchestra's website and I can't tell what you actually do. Is it mainly concert performance but not for dancing? Then you need to watch those dancers dance to other bands or recordings and discuss with them the tempos, as well.

I'm bad with beats per minute, but I play for dancing regularly and if I'm not clued in by the dance leader I pick a tempo I know that is close and keep an eye on the dancers to see if they are labored (then too fast, so slow it down), or look like they are dragging (then speed it up).
