If it's a serious problem then it's best consulting a GP or an ENT specialist, but if it's only a minor thing, correct breath pressure and practice will deal with it.
I sometimes get it if breathing out through my nose and then playing immediately as the soft palate hasn't been fast enough to close off the nasal passage.
