The IDRS list is dead, replaced by the IDRS forum.
There is the Double Reed List which is a little active, sadly not as active as the IDRS list was once was.
If you send an email to doublereed-help@woodwind.org you'll get information on the list back. You'll want to subscribe to the digest-form if you don't know how to filter emails into unique folders. While the list may be silent for long periods of time there are at times big bursts of activity.
You can search for past topics of the double reed list using the search function of this site since it's hosted by this site.
