"Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar have formed a Youth Orchestra to be the official Malaysian representative school at the 2007 Bonyi International Youth Music Festival. It consists of 120 musicians with a traditional ensemble and a choir."

They probably refer it to as the 'Malaysian' (Representing) Youth Orchestra, and by all means it's probably not even a symphony orchestra. At least i can confirm that it's definitely not us. Unfortunate. =)
