You might be probably looking for "Bolero for Oboe and Orchestra" by Georg Doring, Boosey & Hawkes Chamber Music, published by Bote & Bock, cat. #48015002.

Another Doring version also by Emerson (who publ. your Orchestral version) is for Oboe with Piano accompaniment, Emerson Edition #524084780.

I didn't Google up any others, but I'm no expert on computers, so I probably didn't broaden my search enough to find any others out there.

Anyhoo, I hope this little bit might be of some help.
