Ravel's Tombeau de Couperin is pretty widely studied, as well as Mendelssohn's Scottish. Brahm's Second Violin Concerto is also another toughy.
Tchaik 4 is all about phrasing. You want a continuous line that isn't disrupted by the 5 step leaps. It all comes down to a. good intonation and b. smoothing out the melodic line.
I forget how Scherazade goes, I'll listen to it and get back to you on it.
Some of my favorite pieces are:
-Britten Six Metamorphesis
-Poulenc Sonata
-Pasculli's Works
-Saint-Saens Sonata
-Francaix L'horloge de Flore
Hope this helps!
