From what I can see there is a lot of separation between tip-heart-back. Try blending a bit smoother. (It can still keep the same gradient - just don't have any visible jagged marks on the cane.) This should help the vibrations travel better.
The reed is also fairly short - consider finishing future reeds longer. This should keep general pitch a bit lower. 70-71 mm is a good length to finish a long-scrape reed. Any shorter than this and you will probably have to start over-compensating for unstable vibration by seperating a lot.
The tip is quite long in relation to the rest of the reed, but it is still pretty thick. Try to make it shorter, but thinner. (Shorter tip, but longer reed, that is.) This should focus the sound a bit more. Balance so that the heart is a bit smaller, the back longer, and the tip shorter.
I think you might have still more focus in the sound if you try to separate the tip only on the corners. There should be a slope, but there shouldn't be any vibration stoppage in the middle of the tip. This way, you have maximum vibrations travelling in the reed, while acheving stability. This permits you to play softly, but still crescendo in the low register. (nothing is worse than a reed that won't crescendo)
