You might try finding a reed maker nearby where you live to minimize enviromental and geograpical changes ( humidity, altitude, etc.)
A lot of good reed makes now sell reeds and you can find them on the web.
David Weber is one www.weberreeds.com . On the east coast, look up www.Reedmaker.com .
Do google search from oboe reeds and you will get a lot of options.
