I recently was accepted into my country’s high school orchestra, where young musicians from all over NZ form an orchestra and perform in the Auckland town hall after six days of rehearsals and tutorials from professional musicians, sometimes with twelve hour days.
During today (the forth day) the right of my back has been rather sore, probably from holding my oboe for long periods of time.
...so I was wondering if anyone here has ever had back problems from playing the oboe, and if so what did you do about it?
