Who in the world is that? Pretty impressive...

One way to do glissandi (the only way I know, LOL) is to basically slide your finger off of the key (to the side, not up) really carefully. It takes some practice. To do long glissandi, you have to master the art of doing that at the same time as opening the key super-smoothly, which is also definitely an art. But it does sound really cool!
