This maybe a stupid a question, but how competitive is it at a conservatory audition for oboe? Is it as competitive as flute or clarinet? I'm thinking about auditioning for few conervatory next year, my senior year in highschool, perhaps oberlin, new worl school of the arts college, boston, just to name a few. Is there any tips you may have or any experiences you have had with auditioning for a conservatory. I am also confused about what to play perhaps the marcello concerto and the metamorpheses. If you could help me with this issu as well I would appreciatie it. Thanks :}.
