Hi,
I'm not a member but you may try deleting the browser cache files and if you are running a firewall, such as ZoneAlarm, disable it for that session.
Also go to Microsoft's update site and download all the updates. There even may be a FAQ list at IDRS.
Also go to QuickTime(Apple)'s website and check for a FAQ.
