Bora A Reed in the Wind Harmonics notation

Has anyone on here played ‘Bora’, part of Julia Usher’s A Reed in the Wind?
I’m trying to work out the meaning of the notation including the one shown here. Possibly harmonics but I have no idea what or how to play them.
