Hi, my boxwood Decker is #12 circa 1990. Decker serviced it in 2020 with few new plating and new keys. It is an amazing sounding instrument.
My daily use oboe is a F series Loree with a plastic top joint and a Covey bell. It's nice to leave it out all day with no worries or outdoor concerts.
I love to try the other Decker oboe but never have the opportunity. I will bring my Decker to the IDRS 2022.
King
