The forked F vent lies just beyond the RH C/C#/Eb cluster and the same distance along the lower joint as the Eb pad cup/tonehole.

It's a small closed-standing key that opens once RH3 is held down on its own and then held closed again when RH2 is lowered. It remains closed when no fingers are on the RH main action, being held closed by the spring tension from RH3 which is linked to the small rocker next to the F key pad cup.
