 Eugene Albert Oboe Fingerings??

I recently purchased an oboe from eBay. I don't know much about the maker but it has "E. Albert, A Bruxelles" inscribed on it. After searching online I found the same model oboe archived on the Brussels Musical Instrument Muesem's website.

Upon play testing it I noticed that the conservatory model Bb fingering does not work on this instrument. It is quite old so I am interested to know if this oboe operates on a different key system. Can anyone offer any information about this? I will experiment with the fingerings more once I've had a crack in the wood fixed.
