Bach's sinfonia to BWV 12 Weinen, Klagen, Sorgen, Zagen (Weeping, lamenting, worrying, fearing). While it would sound better with an organ accompaniment, I think it would work as a solo. IMSLP has oboe parts in D minor and C minor. I think C minor works better for modern oboe. Keyboard part for C minor is on IMSLP. I've typeset a D- version.

Off the top of my head, I've done the Saint-Saëns Sonata 2nd mvmt unaccompanied. The ad lib parts can definitely be done without piano.
