They have obviously seen the prices of non Chinese Oboes and have decided to 'test the waters' and see how much they can get away with by increasing the prices of their Oboes. This will give the impression to uninformed potential buyers that Chinese Oboes are as good as Oboes made in USA France ect. All it will need is for someone to be willing to part with this much money and a precedent has been set.
