The only thing you can do is take the top joint off, hold the fingerplates down and seal off the tenon, then blow or suck air into it through the reed socket and hold the 3rd 8ve key open to blow the water out or suck it into the bore and mop it out. If you can undo the adjusting screw to get more opening, that will help, but you will have to make sure it's then returned to how it was previously.
