The joints are a bit tight, that is for sure, it is possable that in one of the mad rushes to disassemble it might have gotten tweaked a bit. It hopefully should not be a big issue it sounds like.
I have always wondered what the correct way to disassemble and reassemble the instrument was. It is possable that the keys may have gotten stuck a bit too... I am not sure. I hope that they can fit it relitivly easily...
