Your best bet is to play it on cor - play it all a Major 3rd higher than the oboe d'amore part (start on G and it'll be in the key of G Major) if you can sight transpose.

If you or someone else plans on playing it on oboe, then play from the flute part with the solo at the beginning.

There isn't a transposed part as far as I'm aware, likewise there isn't a solo soprano sax part (apart from the last few notes of the solo) - the soprano sax solo is best done reading from the tenor solo instead of the published sopranino sax in F part as F sopraninos were never built.
