I have not tried a Ferrillo machine, but my understanding is that they are built with much more attention to detail, using more modern techniques, and with smaller tolerances for error than a Graf. Plus, the actual curve (the heart and soul of the gouge) can be maintained over a longer period of time, as the blade and guide can be replaced with exact copies, if needed.
I use an Opus 1 machine, by Robin Driscoll, and simply can't say enough about how wonderful it is. It's less expensive than a Ferrillo, too. The problem is that they are hand-made by Mr. Driscoll, who also maintains a busy performance schedule. As a result, he is sometimes difficult to contact. Still, I would try if I were you.
Good luck!
