I have this on my wall.... (maybe Landwell instructions) 1. draw knife towards you... create a burr on the wrong side of the knife....feel this with fingers. 2. push the knife away from you moving the burr to other side.....3. refine burr with a small lateral movement on the stone. Knife is in same direction as 1. away from you.
