The Oboe BBoard

I am returning to the oboe after several years of not playing. When I played in high school, all or my needs were pretty much seen to by my band instructor or private lesson teachers. I just pulled my oboe out of the closet, and I am ashamed to say it hasn't been serviced in years. Fortunately, it appears mostly sound to a visual inspection. Some of the keys stick a little, which I assume is related to needing oiling or minor adjustments. But I don't even know how to start looking for someone to do repairs. Is there a good way to find a repair technician? I live in Buffalo, NY. I tried searching online, but I haven't had much luck. I don't even own a phone book, and I lived in a different state when I played in high school. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
