Used both of them. Mack+ is narrower than a Mack Pfeiffer, and a bit more stable, but still is built for bigger openings. I never could get the shape to be quite stable enough for me, but many professionals use it.
Lucarelli shape is great shape. Medium width, stable, full sound. I haven't played around with it as much as others, but I could see myself using it regularly if I wanted to.
