Robin! Thanks so much for the tip about Audacity.
I installed it in the time it takes to soak a reed, it integrated seamlessly with my iMac output, but also detected and configured from my Pro Tools outboard gear (003 Rack Unit from Avid) so I can use my studio monitors for output as well.
Amazing. It took several hours to configure my entire Pro Tools rig and this thing did it in nearly zero time.
Then I pulled in a Mozart mp3 and found the Effect/Speed change w/o pitch change to work very well.
This resource deserves its own thread or perhaps your blog attention.
I'll still follow through setting up an mp3 distribution and until then email me and I'll be happy to send those.
Robin, if Audacity can deal with the downloads associated with youtube, please advise.
