I think you've either got a major leak (pad) or the instrument has suddenly gone out of adjustment.
I agree with Chris: go to a COMPETENT woodwind repair person for a check. It may be a very minor thing, but your ensemble teacher should be understanding. Oboes can be rather tricky things to adjust...
