Wow I'm impressed, what music does for your health.

As for myself, I'm recovering from the brink of death. My metabolism brought just a breath from full stop. Now after a year and half, I'm almost fit enough to work fulltime again.

In the first place there was love for the people around me, but right next to it it was music. Right now I play for an hour a day, and take double lessons every week.

I can safely say that if love saved my heart, music saved my sanity, soul and I think it covered more than 50% of my physical recovery. The rest was luck.

It's a miracle we share in an age where miracles consist of tablets and smartphones :). Maybe we're modern day magicians without people noticing it too much.
