Remove the key and bend the key by holding the head (touchpiece) firmly against a table and bending it gently upwards with your other hand, holding/bending as near to the touchpiece as possible. Bend it gradually in several goes instead of in one go.
If you have a vice with protected jaws or wooden jaws, you can use this to lightly mount the head in (with it wrapped in cloth or tape to protect it) and then bend it in the direction you want it to.
Don't bend it by holding the key barrel as that will bend the entire key - it's just the head that you want to bend up, so bend the bevelled section (the key arm) in between the head and the key barrel.
And don't try to bend the key while it's still on the instrument as it could do damage. If you have faith in your local repairer, maybe they could bend the key for you as they ought to have all the tools to do this in their workshop and it should be a fairly straightforward thing for them to do.
