It sounds like you are well on the way back, Robin. You've got the critical elements,: a nice sound, a lovely 'float' after the phrase impulse and a musical sense to the way you parse the phrases.
I didn't note any sense of fatigue; it all sounded controlled to me.
A couple more months and your chops will feel solid enough that your confidence can catch up with your actual performance. Keep it up!
