 straightening up jagged edges
Author: myoboe

The recent batch of gouged and shaped cane I bought is not so good - the edges of the blades are jagged, can someone please tell me how best to straighten them up. I haven't got a shaper. I tried using my reed knive to trim it but did not succeed (the final product leaked). Appreciate any help.
