 colleges with orch/band

I have two accomplished oboe students, playing level 6 NY State competition solos, and who have played in local community college orchestra, solos at church etc. They are looking for colleges that have an orchestra, and or, band where they can play. Neither wants to be a music major, but would definitely continue playing regularly. Both could also use any scholarship help available. Suggestions?? Lois Barton
