 Hmm ...
 
 Does holding down both LH Ab and LH Eb at the same time help with the fast passages? I know it can throw forked-f a bit sharp, but who's to notice? Put down your LH 4 and 5 as one unit, always, on all three keys.
 
 Thumbplate helps here as well (you are not flipping your RH index finger, everything is on one hand).
