I actually already had the Vogel article printed out, put in a binder, and in the stack of my bathroom reading material, along with a ton of other stuff that I found on the Internet by Googling things like "oboe technique". It's amazing what's out there.

I will keep at it; it does get a teensy bit easier every day. But I'll be SO glad when I can finally, officially play everything on page 16B and can move on to something else...
