I don't see any way to contact her to buy reeds. I agree, her reeds are superb, and I wanted to buy some more. But I'm hesitant to use Yahoo People Finder to get her phone number or something and just call her up out of the blue, especially if she's no longer in business. The fact that her website is gone makes me think maybe she's only selling to close friends and not to Internet strangers.
Oh well, thanks anyway.

Dutchy,
On her Salon blog page, she states in her bio, "I also make and sell oboe reeds."
Since this blog is recent, I would think that she is still making/selling her reeds. Who knows why her site is down. Maybe it was a problem for some other reason (like, costing more than she was making from it).
I know we don't want to pester people who don't want to be pestered, but if you have bought reeds from her before, I can't imagine she would do more than say a polite "sorry, no" to you. And she might be able to help!

At least I'm glad someone didn't come in and say, "Oh, didn't you know? She's [fill in the blank with horrible thing]".
