I'm outraged at the thought of this. The TriƩbert family were responsible for designing the modern oboe, and to have their name unashamedly stamped on a cheap piece of Chinese crap is by far the biggest insult.
You know that distant and low rumbling noise you can hear right now as you're reading this? That's the TriƩbert family turning in their graves.
Wonder when there'll be Chinese saxes engraved 'Adolphe Sax' and flutes engraved 'Theobald Boehm' on the market? Mind you, it's probably going on right now.
