The top notes on cors are generally weak, though you can experiment by putting more RH fingers down to see which resonance fingerings work to help add some tonal substance to them.
Also use harmonic fingerings - an overblown F will give top C, but it only works best when slurring up to it from another harmonic fingering (such as A or Bb) as it'll kick if you try to get it to speak straight off.
