In the upper register I find further venting the forked F with the Eb key hlps stabilise this note.

Maybe oboe makers will make the F vent tonehole much larger or better positioned so it actually fully compensates for RH3 being closed, instead of slightly helping the forked Fs which it seems to be failing miserably at doing.
