 I don't know any platers in the US (being based in the UK myself), though I'm sure there are many that specialise in musical instruments - search the clarinet messageboard for platers, electro platers, silver platers, plating, etc. and I'm sure you'll find a company that could do it.  
 
I'd suggest you do the preparation work - filing, papering and polishing any rough pillars so they'll all look good before they're sent off, and even better once plated. And you can specify the thickness of plating.  
 
Be aware that you'll most likely need to ream out the holes or retap screw threads after plating so the screws will run through easily (but not loosely).
